One of the best things about PA is that the weather is a pretty even split between rain and sun. Sometimes it will switch back and forth 3 or 4 times in one day. It rained really hard for about 45 minutes today. Check out the video. (watch it all the way to the end)
So that is pretty sweet, but the best part is after the rain. Madeline insisted on wearing that dress to play in the puddles, then the sand toys were necessary and finally the arm floaties were a must. She is to much.

That was great! Here's a funny - as I'm watching your video, we're getting a pretty good rain and lightning storm ourselves. I went outside to watch from the porch with Camryn and could hear the other 2 girls at the neighbors, playing in the rain and screaming every time the thunder crashed :)
