I took this Tag as a challenge to myself to remember as far back as 10 and 20 years. I was going to cheat and only list 3 things for each year but I managed to do O.K.
1. I was in the class of my favorite teacher Mr. Oxborrow. He taught 5th and 6th together.
2. My friend Tiffany and I were zipped up into the same coat and sitting in the same desk and Mr. Oxborrow came up behind us and bonked our heads together and told us to knock it off.
3. My sister who was the closest in age to me graduated high school thus officially beginning my reign as the only child at home.
4. My mom made me some new outfits to wear to school. The pants never had room for my butt. and I couldn't raise my arms above my head.
5. I had huge glasses that turned dark outside. They were wicked ugly.
1. I had finally chosen a major thanks to my future husband.
2. The Reid side of my family had our first and so far, only family reunion. It was great.
3. My dad had a heart attack and then a stroke a couple of weeks after.
4. I felt closer to my family than I had ever felt before.
5. I got engaged to Mr. Jared (pants)Ward.
1. I was living in Edinboro, PA while Jared went to grad school.
2. I worked for the one and only Karen Troyer, man hating, Interior Designer extraordinaire.( see "The Devil Wears Prada")
3. I learned 10 times more from that scary woman in 3 years than in the 5 years before that of school and work put together.
4. I got to see Jared at dinner and on Sundays.
5. I served as Young Women's Pres. to some really special girls that I loved like they were my own daughters.
1. My scary boss moved to Washington D.C. and made me the manger of what turned out to be a business hanging on by a thread.
2. I waited 3 months to tell her that I was pregnant because I knew that she would yell at me.
3.My life that I thought was great, over flowed with the love and joy that Miss Madeline Elizabeth brought to our family.
4. I became content with sitting on the sofa and holding Madeline all day.
5. She quickly became my best friend (a little sad but I loved it.)
1. We lived in a little apartment in Sandy, next door to chain smokers.
2. I was chasing two and some times three 2 year olds around: Madeline, Andrey and Carter. It sounds crazy but, I miss those days.
3. We bought our first house thanks to Nana and Papa for letting us stay with them and the Dean's for letting us buy their house.
4. I had a miscarriage on Christmas Day.
5. Jared and I grew so much closer thru that time. Strangely, I am thankful that it happened. God truly knows us and his plan for us is right.
So far this year.....
1. We have begun to make our new house our home.
2. I started teaching Madeline piano. She loves it and she is awesome.Confession: We haven't played since June. We need to get going again
3. We spent the summer in Erie PA for the 6th year. This year was the best. I got to know some amazing people who made me want to be a better person just by hanging out with them.
4. I started my first pieced quilt with the help of my friend Sherri. The first of 2.
5. I have learned about myself that I am caring, genuine, and maybe a little to honest, but I like me. I am not going to try and change those things about me to suit other people. It doesn't work out so well.
Yesterday....
1. Jared stayed home from school to take care of me....Sweet!
2. I slept till 10:30
3. I went to the DR. and got 3 types of Medicine.
4. I slept 4 more hours.
5 Jared made me mashed potatoes and I went back to bed.
Today....
1. I got up and got ready and had a fight with Madeline about her shoes.
2. We went to meet Madeline's Preschool teacher Mrs. Sally
3. I stressed over whether or not to put two colors of siding on the side of the house. ( we settled on just one.)
4. Went to dinner with Jared because the Maa was with Tiff and Mike. Thanks!
5. I had a coughing fit so bad that I couldn't go back to sleep and so I wrote all this.
The year to come....
1. Do some more things to our house.Plant some trees in our yard!!!!
2. Finish the the 2 quilts for Madelines Room.
3. God willing, have Madeline that little brother or sister she wants soooooo bad.
4. Play some volleyball.
5. Date my husband more often, because he is cute (have you seen his long hair?)

This was so fun to read! What are you sick with? Garth is sick right now too. He stayed home from work yesterday. Maybe I should join in and do this tag too. I guess I haven't had time to sit and think about it. Hope your feeling better!
I am so glad you did this tag. I loved reading about where you have come from and all of the things that have made you who you are.
I loved reading stuff about you that I never knew. I do know that you have a big heart and are loving and caring, and I am so glad that you are my sister.
Okay. Okay. I've been stalking your blog for about 5 months now. I've confessed this to the Griffin cousins and your mom. So now, it's official. I love looking at your blog. I love when you're in Pennsylvania enjoying the east as much as I do. I love reading about your beautiful daughter and I really enjoyed reading your memory post. It seems to me that something similar happened to me when I was in Mr. Oxborrow's class. Looks like you guys are doing great! I'm going to be more honest about stalking you now and officially put you on my blog list so everyone knows it!
