We thank thee oh god for a Prophet

Sunday we had regional conference and our stake was one of those that were invited to meet at the conference center. We had not planned on going because we were going to be out of town but we ended up not going to Lund at the last minute and so we decided that we would go down town to conference. That morning while we were getting ready to go Madeline came to me and whispered "Mom, I cannot believe that we are going to see the Prophet today. I have never even seen him before."
It was a beautiful day. We spent some time walking around Temple Square collecting treasures that had fallen from the trees. It was lovely and peaceful and we got to see the Prophet. You can't ask for better than that.
