FRIENDS?

(Carma took our family pictures on thursday, this one makes my eyes leak a little when I see it)

When my kids play nice with each other my heart could just explode with joy. There is nothing better. Nothing.

If you had asked me a week ago, how my kids get along, I would have said that they don't get along hardly at all. Everything and anything that brother would do upset Madeline and in return brother would scream mostly out of frustration and then Madeline would scream because brother would scream, I think you can see how it could easily snowball. They would rarely play nice. It really stressed me out.

In the last week and especially in the last 3 days they have played so great. Often loud with lots of running and tricks off of the sofa but they've been having fun together.

Happy playing happened most of the day today. It was awesome. It gives me hope for the peaceful happy family that I had pictured in my head when I had Madeline a sibling.

I love my kids. They are so damn adorable. Seriously, look at that picture again.

Just wait until I post the rest of the pictures.
