I just ordered a sweet little baby blanket for our possible 3rd child.
The reason that I feel this is something to post about is because it is weird for me to feel the erg to have another baby. I have never had this feeling before.
I never felt it before Madeline. We had her because we thought it was about time. We had been married for 5 1/2 years.
With Brother we knew we needed another child so that Madeline wouldn't be the only one. He was kind of a gift to her, and we had waited long enough. (4 yrs)
After two kids, I finally have that baby hungry feeling. I have had it since Brother was a few months old.
That also surprises me because I have had a really hard time (postpartum) with Brother. Even through all of the sleepless nights, emotional and mental drama whirling around inside of me I've been pretty sure about having a number three.
Now, don't get all excited. I know better than to have another baby when I am just getting my current baby to finally take naps. I am scared to know what kind of mess I would be if I were to get pregnant any time soon. I am a 3-4 years in between kids kind of girl.
Also, Jared says NO to having more kids.
I think that in a year or so he'll say maybe and that is as good as a yes to me.

see & i've been baby hungry since i was about 6. i could never get enough of babies and always dreamed of having my own. but, i think we'll be good with 2. i didn't get started til way too late to pop out the 6 kids that everyone thought i'd have growing up. and i'm glad i didn't settle and marry the wrong person 10 years ago just to get to have a baby. i wouldn't trade anything for the world.

Jared wants to blame this on me. Not My Fault! :) I love babies. It's the pregnant part that I don't care for. I don't even mind the delivery as long as there are drugs invloved. :) But really, more kids for me...only if it's a boy.
